Registration forms can be downloaded below or you can find them in the Preschool Hall or at the church office. The registration form, registration fee(listed on the form), and May 2009 tuition are due at the time of application. Please call 847-4477 ext. 252 if you have any questions.

One Day (Infants - Threes) Mon / Tues / Thurs / Fri
Two Days (Infants - Fours) Mon / Thurs or Tues / Fri
Three Days (Ones - Fours) Tues / Thurs / Fri
Four Days (Threes - Fives) Mon / Tues / Thurs / Fri
Tuition (2008- 09)
1 Day - $95.00 per month
2 Days - $190.00 per month
3 Days - $235.00 per month
4 Days - $300.00 per month
