preschool Our mission is to partner with parents and volunteers to provide our children with a safe and warm environment where they are taught and nurtured in the love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In each of our programs, we are laying the foundation for our children to take their first steps toward faith and salvation. Our goal at Bay Leaf is to influence our children for Christ, while instilling in them Christian values and principles. We want for them to learn to cherish God’s word in their heart. Our Lord expressed it best in Mark 10:14 when He said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.”
In order to help our young children develop a strong love for Christ we offer a variety of programs for children ages six weeks to rising first graders. It is our prayer that through these programs our children will be able to associate God and church with happy feelings, a place where they want to come. In each opportunity the children are taught through games, arts and crafts, Bible lessons, scripture time and special activities. We want them to know that God made each one of them special and loves them very much.
