In an effort to better support new media options (Twitter & Facebook integration) and support better programming languages (jQuery, & HTML5) there were some things we needed to change. A side effect of this is a disconnect between the look and feel of certain web browsers when compared to certain other browsers. Internet Explorer is unable to render certain things correctly, and is also unable to combine certain technologies on the same page. Because of this Internet Explorer users will see a noticeable difference in the look and feel of our pages when compared to more modern browsers (especially Internet Explorer 8). We encourage our users who are able to move to a different browser to do so (anyone running Internet Explorer 8 can), in order to have a more seamless experience on our site, and the Web as a whole.

One example of this can bee seen in the screenshots below:

There is no critical information that will be missed by using internet explorer on our site. However, we are currently experiencing an issue with certain online calendars. The quickest fix to this is to move to a browser that does not experience the incompatibility Explorer does.

Below are examples of modern browsers. Some are more modern than others, and depending on your operating system, you may not be able to run it (IE 9). All the browsers below will give you a better web experience on a day in and day out basis when compared to Internet Explorer 7 or 8. Feel free to try them out.
