Easter Week includes several Easter events and worship services in Raleigh that invite us to slow down, reflect, and prepare our hearts for the celebration of resurrection. Each gathering points us to what Jesus has done and the life He offers.

Good Friday Service
Friday, April 3 • 6:30 PM
FAlls Lake Campus
On Good Friday, we gather for a reflective worship service remembering the death of Jesus Christ on the cross, where He willingly gave His life to atone for our sins. As we reflect on His suffering, we are reminded that the sorrow of the cross leads to the joy of resurrection.
This Good Friday service creates space for reverence, reflection, and gratitude as we look ahead to Easter Sunday.
Childcare will be available in our Preschool Hall for children from 8 week old infants through Kindergarten.

There will be no Sunday School, small groups, or Sunday evening activities on Easter Sunday. Come as you are. There is no dress code and no pressure. Whether this is your first time attending church or your first time back in a while, you are invited to celebrate the hope of Easter with us.

Easter is a meaningful time for individuals and families at Bay Leaf Baptist Church as we gather to worship Jesus Christ and celebrate His resurrection. Whether you attend during Easter Week or on Easter Sunday, our goal is to create a welcoming and clear environment centered on the gospel.
On Easter Sunday, services are designed to be engaging, accessible, and meaningful for all ages.
At our Falls Lake Campus, childcare is available for infants through Kindergarten so parents can worship with peace of mind. At our 540 Campus, families are encouraged to worship together during the service in a safe and welcoming environment.

Frequently Asked Questions
The only Easter event that requires registration is our free Easter Eggstravaganza. All other Easter Week and Easter Sunday services are free and open to everyone.
Easter services and events take place at both of our Bay Leaf Baptist Church campuses in Raleigh, NC. When you arrive, look for directional signage and friendly volunteers who will be happy to help you find your way.
Childcare is available at our Falls Lake Campus for children from 8 week old infants through Kindergarten on Easter Sunday and during select Easter Week services. Families worship together at our 540 Campus.
There is no dress code. You will see everything from casual attire to Easter dresses and jackets. Come in what is comfortable for you and your family.
Easter Sunday worship services are approximately 60 minutes long.
