2 weeks prior to your event for ANY event requiring Audio, Video, or Lighting services.

Upload the files here. If they are too large let us know by reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you on an appropriate way to transmit those files.
Other acceptable mediums for files are digitally via email, or flash drive at a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Any same-day request of any kind for anything to be played through our A/V system, the tech team will not guarantee it will work/play through our system. If it doesn’t play you should be prepared to move on to the next scheduled item.
