AV and Lighting

NOTE: Any slideshows, videos, and graphics will need to be submitted to the AVL technician at a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Acceptable formats are:

Videos: .MOV .MP4

Photos: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG

Presentation: .PPTX .KEY

Upload the files here. If they are too large let us know by reaching out to media@bayleaf.org and we will work with you on an appropriate way to transmit those files.

Other acceptable mediums for files are digitally via email, or flash drive at a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Any same-day request of any kind for anything to be played through our A/V system, the tech team will not guarantee it will work/play through our system. If it doesn’t play you should be prepared to move on to the next scheduled item.
