Wisdom in Speech
Our words reveal what’s really ruling our hearts. In Sunday’s sermon, Pastor Jared Richard walked through James 3:1-12 to show that our speech is one of the clearest indicators of our spiritual condition before God. While the tongue has surprising power to build up, it also has sobering potential to tear down. We cannot tame our words on our own, but when Christ transforms our hearts, our speech can bring life, truth, and peace.
