At Bay Leaf Baptist Church, our Preschool Ministry partners with parents to help young children build a foundation of faith. Each week, preschoolers experience age-appropriate Bible lessons, music, and activities that teach them about God’s love and truth in a nurturing, secure environment. From their earliest moments, we want children to know that they are created by God, loved by Jesus, and cared for by His people.

FAQS
Your child’s safety is important to us. We have multiple people and resources in place to ensure your child's safety, including an electronic check-in system with name tags and pick-up tags, as well as a greeting and security team.
All volunteers, teachers, and staff are background checked and required to complete a MinistrySafe training program prior to serving our amazing preschoolers.
If your child is in diapers or is potty training, please bring a diaper bag and a change of clothes. If your child needs a bottle or sippy cup, please bring that as well.
Our Preschool Hall is peanut-free. Unless parents specify otherwise, snacks are provided for toddlers and preschoolers. We offer cheerios, goldfish, and water. We also offer glazed donut holes on the 1st Sunday of each month in place of our traditional snacks. If your child has any allergy needs, please let us know.

The Bay Leaf Moms Ministry is focused on creating a space for community where moms of all ages can come together in fellowship to encourage, support and equip each other to make disciples of our children.
Biblical Literacy and Spiritual Growth
We connect moms to weekly Bible studies and discipleship groups in order to equip women to grow in their relationship with the Lord.
Biblical Community
We provide opportunities to foster gospel relationships among the mothers in our church, including Titus 2 discipling relationships
New Mother Care
Our New Mother Care Ministry seeks to provide emotional support and spiritual encouragement to women in their transition to motherhood.
Motherhood is one of God’s greatest callings, and we want every mom to feel seen, supported, and equipped. The Bay Leaf Moms Ministry connects mothers of all ages for community, discipleship, and encouragement. Whether you’re a new mom or parenting preschoolers, you’ll find a place to grow spiritually and build gospel-centered friendships. Nursing moms are welcome to use the Mother’s Room, located on the Falls Lake Campus's Preschool Hall, which includes a private bathroom, kitchen, and service viewing during the 11:00 AM worship service.
Mother's Nursing Room
If you have an infant and need to nurse, bottle feed, or pump, you can use the mother's room. It's located on the Preschool Hall and equipped with an on-suite bathroom and adjoining kitchen. Service viewing is available on Sundays during the 11:00 AM worship service. You can access the mother's room by coming in the Preschool Hall entrance or by asking about it at the Welcome Center by the sliding glass doors.
