There’s a lot happening across the field, so your family can move at its own pace and enjoy whatever sounds fun.
Trunk-or-Treating
Kids can collect candy as your family makes its way through two lanes of creatively decorated trunks. Each lane features different cars, so be sure to explore both!
Inflatables & Games
Kids can climb, race, slide, toss, and play their way through a variety of inflatables, games, crafts, and other activities throughout the festival. There’s something for all ages, including several activities designed especially for younger children.
Free Food & Treats
Come hungry. Dinner, desserts, snacks, and festival favorites are all included, with hamburgers, hot dogs, Dusty’s Donuts, JAM Ice Cream, Fudge Puppies, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, and snow cones available throughout the event. No tickets, food vouchers, or extra cost.
Something for Preschoolers, Too
Bringing a preschooler? We’ll have a special area just for little ones, featuring two inflatables, a ball pit, and carnival games. Preschoolers can also enjoy plenty of activities throughout the festival alongside the rest of the family.
A Community Fall Festival in North Raleigh
Trunk-or-Treat is open to everyone. Families from North Raleigh, Wake Forest, and nearby communities are invited to join us, whether you attend Bay Leaf or have never been here before. Bring a friend, meet up with neighbors, and enjoy the afternoon together.
Easy to Enjoy from the Moment You Arrive
Our parking team will help you find a space, and signs will point you toward check-in and the festival field. Once you’re in, there’s no set schedule to follow. Stay for the full two hours, or spend your time on the activities your family enjoys most.

We encourage families to register ahead of time. Pre-registering helps us prepare for everyone attending and gives your family a quicker arrival experience! Your confirmation email will serve as your entrance ticket and allows you to use the pre-registered check-in line.
Haven’t registered ahead of time? You can still join us! Walk-up registration will be available, but registering in advance will give your family the quickest check-in and start to the festival.
Yes. Food, desserts, inflatables, games, activities, and Trunk-or-Treat are all free.
Kids should bring a bucket or bag for candy. Beyond that, bring whatever your family normally needs for an outdoor afternoon.
Yes. Kids are welcome to wear a favorite non-scary costume.
Yes. Activities and inflatables are set aside with younger children in mind.
Not at all. Trunk-or-Treat is a community event, and we’d love to have your family join us whether you attend Bay Leaf, another church, or no church at all.
