Volunteer for Toy Chest
Opportunities to Get Involved on Saturday
Sign up to volunteer for Bay Leaf’s Toy Chest and help seminary families and local children enjoy Christmas with gifts, care, and Christ’s love.
Volunteer on Saturday Morning
Arrive at 8:15AM and enter at the back of the Gym. A volunteer will greet you, give you an apron, and assist you with an assignment. Let them know if you have helped with a specific task in the past and want to do that again. We need volunteers to:
- Choose a table, become familiar with the toys on it, and assist students as they shop
- Assist with holding infants while students shop
- Assist with toy redistribution and table takedown as they become empty
- Assist with returning the remainder of tables and chairs to storage at the end of shopping
- Tally the checkout forms
