Covered and Claimed by the Blood of the Lamb

On Palm Sunday, Pastor Jared Richard addressed the fundamental question of why Jesus had to die by examining the Passover story in Exodus 12. He explained that Jesus is the true Passover lamb whose blood alone delivers his people from God's coming judgment, just as the lamb's blood protected the Israelites in Egypt. Pastor Richard emphasized that believers are both covered by Christ's blood for salvation and claimed by that same blood to live lives set apart for God's glory.
